Renovation of the sports block

Summary

The contract concerns renovation works for the sports block in the building of Primary School No. 7 in Poznań. The work includes building, painting, masonry, plastering, flooring, carpentry, door and window installation, scaffolding and other finishing works. The bidder must submit a priced bill of quantities, the offer form and the bidder’s declaration, and must meet financial, insurance, experience and site manager requirements. A bid security of PLN 4,000 is required, the contract performance bond is 5% of the offer price, and the contract duration is 75 days. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
