Replacement of heat sources in forester's lodges with forest district offices, including an external steel chimney at one location

Summary

The contract covers construction works to replace heating boilers in five residential forester's lodge buildings administered by Nadleśnictwo Bytnica. In one location an additional external steel chimney must be built, and in one case a chimney liner and ventilation works are also required. The bidder may submit an offer for one lot or for all lots. The work must be completed within 60 days for lots 1 to 4 and within 90 days for lot 5. The bid must be prepared in Polish, submitted electronically, and accompanied by the required declarations, cost estimate, bid security and, if applicable, documents for subcontractors or third-party resources. The award criteria are price and warranty period.
