Summary

The contract concerns design and construction works for revitalising the Klimczok square at Młynarska 32 in Warsaw, including design documentation, obtaining approvals and permits, construction works, planting trees, shrubs and grass, installing benches, loungers, litter bins and an information board, and repairing existing paths and stairs. The contractor must employ the people carrying out general construction works under an employment contract, provide civil liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000 for the whole contract period, and complete the project within 14 weeks, including delivery of the design documentation within 6 weeks. The price and the warranty period for the construction works are award criteria.
