Bathroom renovation for students of the Economic Schools Complex in Rzeszów with accompanying works

Summary

The contract concerns a comprehensive renovation of the students’ bathroom in the building of the Economic Schools Complex in Rzeszów, including demolition, finishing, sanitary, electrical and heating works, as well as installation of fittings and equipment. The works must be carried out in an operating educational facility within 60 days from signing the contract. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must submit the tender form, proof of representation authority and, if applicable, a power of attorney; foreign bidders must provide Polish translations of those documents. The contracting authority also requires a declaration on the exclusion ground related to the Polish Act of 13 April 2022 on support for aggression against Ukraine.
