Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction and renovation works on the facade of a historic tenement house in Tomaszów Mazowiecki at 21 Al. Marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego. The contractor must carry out facade, masonry, joinery, plastering, sheet-metal and related works, prepare traffic organisation documentation for nearby streets, and comply with the design documentation and SWZ. The contract is for works only, without lots or variant bids. The bidder must provide a bid security of PLN 2,000, a site manager with the required construction qualifications, and evidence of at least one comparable facade renovation project from the last 5 years.
