Modernisation of the hospital water supply system and construction of a water intake with a water treatment system for social and domestic use

Summary

The tender concerns design and construction works for modernising the hospital water supply system and building a water intake with a water treatment system for social and domestic use at the psychiatric hospital in Bolesławiec. The contractor must prepare complete design and construction documentation and carry out electrical and automation, technological, building and sanitary works. The contract lasts 4 months. The award criteria are price and extension of the warranty period for the works, installed materials and equipment. The bidder must provide bid security of PLN 21,000, submit the required declarations and documents electronically, and prove experience with at least one water treatment plant construction or modernisation project with a capacity of at least 10 m³/h in the last 5 years.
