Modernisation of passenger lifts in the buildings of the Poznań City Hall at Libelta 16/20 and Matejki 50

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of passenger lifts in two Poznań City Hall buildings, in two separate parts. The contractor must design, dismantle and remove the existing lifts, supply and install new passenger lifts, carry out accompanying construction and electrical works, obtain the required approvals and UDT decision for operation, prepare as-built documentation, and provide maintenance during the warranty period, including 24/7 lift emergency service. The lift downtime may not exceed 6 weeks (42 calendar days) for each part. The award criteria are price, lift downtime and warranty period. Bidders must meet technical/professional suitability requirements and submit the required declarations and evidence.
