Reconstruction and adaptation of the eastern annex of Secondary School No. 2 in Szczebrzeszyn for cultural and educational use

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the reconstruction and adaptation of the eastern annex of Secondary School No. 2 in Szczebrzeszyn so that the building can be used for cultural and educational activities. The works include structural reconstruction, replacement and strengthening of the roof and floors, replacement of doors and windows, creation of an entrance portal with stone stairs and an access ramp, a passenger lift, fire separation of the staircase, internal installations, masonry and renovation works, and interior refurbishment. The building is a listed monument. The bidder must meet insurance, experience and staffing requirements, submit the required declarations and documents, provide a bid bond of PLN 60,000, and be prepared to use the electronic procurement platform. An optional site visit is scheduled for 3 August 2026 at 13:00.
