Construction of domestic wastewater treatment plants in the Municipality of Cmolas

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for 55 domestic wastewater treatment plants with external sanitary sewer connections and electrical supply in the Municipality of Cmolas. The works include installation of the tanks, connecting pipelines, infiltration tunnels or soakaway wells, and post-completion geodetic as-built surveying. The bidder must submit the offer electronically, provide a bid security of PLN 5,000, and later a performance security of 5% of the gross offer price. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period for the completed investment (40%). The bidder must meet registration, experience and team qualification requirements, and the contract is reserved for one contractor for the whole scope.
