Technical support services for administration of email applications

Summary

The tender concerns technical support, administration, maintenance, updates and development of the contracting authority’s mail environment and applications. The environment is based on HCL Lotus Domino / IBM Lotus Domino locally and Microsoft Office 365 E1 / Exchange Online in the cloud. The contract also includes development and preparatory work for migration, as well as selected migration tasks from HCL Lotus Domino to Microsoft Office 365 E1. The bidder must be ready to prove turnover, relevant experience, a qualified team and compliance with the tender documents. The price is not the only award criterion; quality and experience criteria also apply.
