Land development around the monument on plot no. 119/1, OBR 0006 Łomianki Miasto, as part of task 2025/47 “Reconstruction of memorial sites in the Łomianki Commune”

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to develop the area around a monument in Łomianki. The works include site fencing and securing, demolition of an existing wall, ground levelling, new paving, landscaping and planting, installation of a wireless monitoring camera, installation of a flagpole and small urban furniture, relocation and ongoing maintenance of monuments, and electrical works including cable laying, lighting poles, luminaires and electrical measurements. The bidder must submit offers electronically, in Polish, provide a bid security of PLN 4,700.00, and show third-party liability insurance of PLN 300,000.00. Performance security is also required.
