Summary

The tender concerns construction works for Stage I of the renovation of the main stage and orchestra pit of the Forest Opera in Sopot, together with demolition of part of the existing retaining wall and terrain stairs and construction of a new retaining wall. The contract is not divided into lots and the price and warranty period are the award criteria. The bidder must attend a mandatory site visit, submit the bid electronically in Polish, provide bid security of PLN 10,000, and later provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price. The bidder must also have a qualified construction manager and at least two comparable completed construction/reconstruction/renovation contracts worth at least PLN 500,000 net each.
