Construction of a sports facility building in Wojkowice Sports Park with a full-size training pitch

Summary

The contract concerns design and construction works for a sports facility building in Wojkowice Sports Park together with a full-size training football pitch. The project includes demolition of the existing sports building and caretaker's lodge, construction of a new two-storey sports facility, external technical infrastructure, roads, paving, greenery, drainage and fencing works, as well as the training pitch with artificial turf, drainage, stormwater discharge and sports stands. The contract is to be delivered in the design-and-build formula. The bidder must meet experience, team, bid security, performance security and product-document requirements.
