Supply under operating lease of a brand-new truck with tipper body on a chassis

Summary

The contract concerns the supply under operating lease of a brand-new truck with a tipper body on a chassis for the municipal waste collection and transport unit in Wałbrzych. The vehicle must meet the technical requirements in the tender documents and road traffic rules, be brand new from 2025 or 2026, and be offered with a written manufacturer and/or distributor warranty. The lease price must include all costs, 48 lease instalments, the initial fee, the final buyout value and any commissions or additional charges. The only award criterion is price. The bidder must also provide a declaration of conformity, meet the experience requirement, and lodge a bid security of PLN 3,000.
