Adaptation of existing infrastructure for a public transport vehicle depot

Summary

The contract concerns construction works to enclose part of an existing open steel shelter at the Przasnysz municipal market and adapt it into a closed building for parking five electric city buses and one storage room. The works include an execution design agreed with the contracting authority, wall enclosure with sandwich panels, a partition wall, steel structures for six sectional garage doors, delivery and installation of six electrically operated doors, sheet metal flashings, sealing and finishing works, and all related works needed for safe use. A site visit is mandatory before submitting the tender. The bidder must also take account of the fact that the works will be carried out on an operating market and must keep the market functioning safely during the works. The price is evaluated on the basis of price and warranty period. The bidder must submit declarations on exclusion and participation conditions, and appoint a qualified site manager.
