Summary

This is a works contract for the final, third stage of the extension and reconstruction of the Teutonic Castle in Świecie. The scope includes rebuilding the northern wing roof and the northern tower, repairing ceilings and floors, masonry works, new windows, finishing the staircase and lift shaft, monitoring, rebuilding and renovating southern and eastern towers, external stairs, brick walls and gates, access road works, external lighting, and electrical, water, sewage and heating installations. The contractor must also provide archaeological supervision for all earthworks and prepare a fire safety expert opinion. The bid is evaluated on price and quality guarantee period. The bidder must meet insurance, experience and key personnel requirements and submit the required declarations and evidence.
