Construction of shelter places in Dubiecko – Stage I preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation

Summary

The tender concerns architectural and engineering design services for the preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation for a category U-3 shelter place in the centre of Dubiecko. The contractor must also prepare technical specifications, bills of quantities and investor cost estimates, and obtain the administrative decisions and consents needed for the building permit application. The contract lasts 60 days. The only award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A bid security of PLN 3,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the public procurement platform.
