Reconstruction and extension of the school building with an external lift and technical infrastructure

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the reconstruction and extension of a school building, including an external lift, earthworks, foundations, electrical works, external stairs, access ramp changes and related finishing and installation works. The contractor must carry out the works in line with the project documentation, provide the required insurance, appoint a site manager, keep the construction log, and hand over as-built documentation. The bid is evaluated on price and the extension of the quality guarantee and warranty period. A bid security of PLN 2,500 gross is required.
