Expansion of the technological line of the wastewater treatment plant in Międzyrzec Podlaski with technology using the energy potential of sewage sludge, together with expansion of the plant with an additional SBR

Summary

The tender concerns design-and-build works for expanding the wastewater treatment plant in Międzyrzec Podlaski, including a technology line using the energy potential of sewage sludge and an additional SBR, with associated infrastructure. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty offered may not be shorter than 24 months. To participate, the bidder must have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 3,000,000 and experience from at least one comparable wastewater-treatment-line or biogas-plant project worth at least PLN 1,000,000 gross in the last 5 years. The winning bidder must provide performance security equal to 2% of the gross bid price.
