Renovation of vacant residential premises, parts 1–3

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works for vacant residential premises in three parts. The works include general construction, sanitary and electrical works such as demolition, plastering, tiling, painting, installation of sanitary and electrical fittings, and related measurements. The price is the only award criterion. The bidder must show experience from 2 similar renovation contracts worth at least PLN 25,000 each and provide a construction manager with the required building qualifications and chamber membership. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish.
