Construction of a multi-family residential building with 30 apartments and technical infrastructure in Wola Rzędzińska

Summary

The contract concerns construction of a 30-apartment multi-family residential building in Wola Rzędzińska, together with internal utilities, external drainage and water/sewer connections, access and site development, parking spaces, a retaining wall, outdoor lighting, a playground, bicycle and waste shelters, and an electric vehicle charging station. The contractor must also obtain the occupancy permit or complete the construction completion notification on behalf of the contracting authority and prepare the necessary documents. The bidder must submit the offer in Polish electronically, provide a bid bond of PLN 50,000, and later a performance bond of 5% of the gross offer price. The main qualification requirement is one completed construction contract in the last 5 years for a building or buildings of at least 700 m² usable area and at least PLN 5,000,000 gross value. The award criteria are price and quality guarantee period.
