The tender concerns construction works to secure the historic Youth Cultural Centre building at Św. Józefa 6 in Przemyśl and to build an internal lift for persons with special needs. The works include facade, balcony, roof and chimney repairs, damp-proofing and thermal insulation of foundations, planting shrubs, repairs and reconstruction of drainage, ventilation and electrical systems, replacement of damaged internal finishes, construction of an internal lift, accessible toilet facilities and a connection to the stormwater sewer.
