Construction of a new building, superstructure and modernisation of the Mental Health Centre with the necessary technical infrastructure at the Independent Public Healthcare Complex in Leżajsk

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for a new building, a superstructure and modernisation of the Mental Health Centre at the Independent Public Healthcare Complex in Leżajsk. The contract is split into two stages: Stage I covers construction works based on the employer’s design documentation, including the new centre building, technical infrastructure, site development and relocation of medium-voltage cable lines; Stage II is a design-and-build stage covering design documentation, permits and approvals, adaptation of rooms, superstructure and modernisation of psychiatric buildings, access roads, parking spaces, a 75 kW photovoltaic installation and all works needed for commissioning. The bidder must submit the offer electronically, in Polish, provide a bid security of PLN 150,000 and be ready to work with a joint-bidder consortium if applicable. The award criteria are price, quality guarantee period for construction works and guarantee period for equipment.
