Extension and reconstruction of the building of the school and preschool complex in Dobrzelów

Summary

This is a construction works contract for the extension, reconstruction and thermal modernisation of the building of the school and preschool complex in Dobrzelów, including the necessary internal and external technical infrastructure, removal of technical clashes, relocation of a low-voltage cable line, tree felling and replacement plantings. The contract is not divided into lots and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. The award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period (40%). The bidder must provide the required experience, key staff, bid security of PLN 50,000 and performance security, and the bid must be signed electronically.
