Green-blue infrastructure in the area of Grybów

Summary

The tender concerns construction works and related services for green-blue infrastructure in the centre of Grybów and in the municipal park. The scope is split into four lots: demolition and construction works at the market square, construction works in the park, planting and landscaping in the park, and park monitoring. The contractor must carry out the works according to the design documentation, respect the staged payment schedule, and for Lots 1 and 2 complete a mandatory site visit before submitting the bid. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, with a bid security and performance security required, and the offered warranty period must be between 36 and 72 months.
