The contract concerns comprehensive construction works to rebuild the Social Welfare Home building in Szczawno after a fire and bring it into a condition suitable for use and compliant with regulations. The contractor must carry out the works according to the design documentation, technical specifications and permit decision, complete all tests, measurements, commissioning and handover procedures, and obtain the documents needed for use of the facility. A site visit is mandatory before submitting the offer. The bid is evaluated on price and warranty period. The contract runs until 31 May 2027.
