Reconstruction of the Wyszków Town Hall and County Office building to meet fire protection requirements

Summary

The tender concerns construction works and electrical installations for the reconstruction of the Wyszków Town Hall and County Office building to improve fire protection conditions. The works include cutting and filling chases, laying pipes and cables, installing a smoke extraction control panel, smoke detectors and smoke extraction buttons, connecting wiring, carrying out measurements and commissioning the system. The contract is for 3 months. The award criteria are price (60%) and the length of the quality guarantee period for the completed works and supplied and built-in materials (40%). The bidder must attend a site visit before submitting the offer. A bid security of PLN 3,000 is required.
