Investor supervision for the design and construction of the new Wieluń Forest District headquarters

Summary

The tender concerns investor supervision services for the design and construction of the new headquarters of the Wieluń Forest District. The contractor will supervise design work and construction works, check documentation, attend inspections and acceptance procedures, monitor defects and warranty periods, and coordinate with the designer and the works contractor. The procedure is open to bidders that are not subject to exclusion grounds and that can prove the required technical and professional capacity. The bid must be submitted in Polish, electronically, with a bid guarantee of PLN 2,000 and later a performance security of 5% of the gross bid price if selected.
