The tender concerns construction works for a municipal road (the Western Bypass) from DK94 to the investment areas at Bytomska Street in Siemianowice Śląskie, stage 1. The scope includes new road sections with a roundabout, manoeuvring areas, a cycle path, a pedestrian path and shoulders, street lighting cable line, a technological duct, stormwater drainage with a retention tank, water main reconstruction, protection of existing utility infrastructure, road safety elements, vertical and horizontal signage, and removal of trees and shrubs that conflict with the investment. The contract runs until 30 June 2027. The price is 60% of the award criteria and the warranty/guarantee period is 40%.
