Summary

The contract concerns design and construction of an open retention reservoir on Przemysłowa Boczna Street in Stalowa Wola, together with roads, utilities, fencing, lighting, monitoring, greenery, signage and related works. It is a design-and-build contract split into two stages: Stage I covers the complete design documentation and permits within 14 months, and Stage II covers the construction works and final occupancy permit within 23 months. The bidder must submit the offer electronically, in Polish, with a bid bond of PLN 20,000, and must meet the financial, experience and staffing requirements described in the tender documents. The price is the only award criterion, together with a warranty and guarantee period criterion.
