Goeree-Overflakkee Municipality is procuring a comprehensive SaaS software solution for administering and supporting social-domain services. The scope includes software use rights, implementation, migration of data and documents from existing systems, technical management, maintenance and support, resident self-service portals, and integrations with municipal and social-service systems. The contract has an initial guaranteed term of 5 years, with eight possible one-year extensions, for a maximum term of 13 years; the procurement is not divided into lots.
