Summary

The Municipality of Goeree-Overflakkee is procuring a financial-system ICT solution, including usage rights, technical and organisational implementation, management, maintenance and support. The solution is to cover municipal financial administration, including assets, payments, debtors and creditors, accounting, VAT, budgets, commitments, purchasing, invoice processing and recognition, workflows and management reporting. The estimated value is €820,000–€1,260,000 excluding VAT over a maximum period of nine years, with the new system scheduled to go live on 1 January 2028.
