Minor sewer maintenance 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers minor sewer maintenance and repair works in the municipality of Zwolle, including emergency response, sewer and house-connection repairs or installation, and reinstatement of damaged roads and paving. It is a framework agreement with one contractor, running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two optional one-calendar-year extensions until 31 December 2030. A 2% Social Return obligation, sustainability and circularity requirements, and a 100% zero-emission equipment requirement in Zwolle city centre also apply.
