Liability Insurance and Good Employer Insurance

Summary

The tender covers two inseparably linked insurance solutions for the Municipality of Veenendaal: municipal liability insurance and good employer insurance for employees and hired workers, or equivalent employee accident insurance. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, has an initial term of 3 years and may be extended up to three times for 12 months, at the latest until 1 January 2033. One supplier will be awarded both parts, and the tender must comply with all coverage requirements. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: Part A pricing carries up to 60 points, service module pricing up to 9 points and quality requests W1–W3 up to 31 points.
