Production and delivery of printing, print products and DTP services

Summary

The tender covers the integrated production and delivery of printing, print products and DTP services for UWV throughout the Netherlands. The service must start on 1 March 2027 and the framework agreement is expected to run for 48 months, with an estimated value of EUR 1,000,000. The bidder must provide a functioning Dutch-language online ordering environment for standard, recurring and bespoke orders, including order status tracking, XML order processing and integration with UWV systems. The bidder must comply with specified quality and delivery times, environmental and supply-chain responsibility requirements, a social return obligation of at least 5%, and information security, data protection and artificial intelligence conditions.
