Maintenance of screening equipment at wastewater treatment plants

Summary

The tender covers preventive and corrective maintenance of screening equipment, screw conveyors and screenings washing presses at wastewater treatment plants, including fault handling and the supply of required components. The framework agreement starts on 28 March 2027, has an initial term of two years and may be extended once for a further two years. Its maximum estimated value for the full term is EUR 410,444 excluding VAT; approximately 49 installations at 15 wastewater treatment plants are to be maintained. The bidder must demonstrate the required reference experience in screening equipment maintenance and 24/7 fault-report handling, operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and provide Dutch-speaking personnel with at least MBO level 3 technical training and the required VCA competence. The services include 24/7 fault-report reception, rapid response to priority faults, maintenance and service reports, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Tenders will be evaluated on the best price-quality ratio: service quality carries 65%, the PSO social entrepreneurship level 5% and price 30%.
