Extensive mowing services for the municipality of Hoogeveen

Summary

The tender concerns mowing roadsides, slopes, wadi areas, around trees and obstacles, reed vegetation and other extensively managed grassland in the municipality of Hoogeveen, including collecting and transporting cuttings and litter. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 and may be extended five times by one year, up to 31 December 2032. The work includes mowing once, twice, four times and eight times per year, mulching, reed maintenance and work around trees and fences. The bidder must submit a compliant tender with the required forms and declarations, provide a suitable quality system, deploy staff holding personal VCA basic safety certificates and ensure that at least one Dutch-speaking contact person is present on site. The main award criteria are sustainable equipment use, worth 20 points; CO2 Performance Ladder certification, worth 40 points; and SROI, worth 20 points. The minimum contractual SROI obligation is 2% of the tender price. A general schedule, detailed work plan and ecological work protocol must be prepared. The tender submission deadline is 26 October 2026 at 12:00 noon (local time).
