Textile collection, transport and processing

Summary

The tender concerns the collection, transport and processing of textile in the Altena municipal area. The contractor must supply and install containers, arrange their regular emptying, transport all collected textile, and sort and process it in accordance with the requirements. The indicative volume is approximately 280 tonnes per year, but no minimum volume is guaranteed. The framework agreement has a fixed term of two years from 1 January 2027, with two possible one-year extensions; the maximum quantity over the full term including extensions is 1,600 tonnes. The tender must cover the entire contract and be submitted by 23 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion: bidders must submit an all-in price per kilogram of collected and processed textile, excluding VAT, stated to two decimal places. The submission must include, among other items, the signed price form, a container description or drawing, the European Single Procurement Document, the Russian sanctions declaration and the core-competence reference declaration.
