Liability Insurance and Good Employer Liability Insurance for the Municipality of Tynaarlo

Summary

The tender concerns a single insurer providing 100% coverage for the Municipality of Tynaarlo’s liability risks, including good employer liability. The required cover includes EUR 2,500,000 per claim for bodily injury and property damage, capped at EUR 5,000,000 per insurance year, EUR 2,500,000 per claim for financial loss, also capped at EUR 5,000,000 per year, and EUR 1,250,000 per claim for good employer liability, capped at EUR 2,500,000 per year.
