Framework agreement for minor and major tree maintenance (3 lots)

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for minor and major tree maintenance in three lots: 1) tree pruning, 2) tree felling and planting, and 3) emergency tree operations. Companies may bid for one or more lots, but may not submit a partial bid for a lot or propose variants. The agreements start on 1 January 2027, run for two years and may be extended twice by one year. The estimated values, including possible extensions and excluding VAT, are EUR 3,500,000 for lot 1, EUR 4,500,000 for lot 2 and EUR 350,000 for lot 3. The maximum values are EUR 5,000,000, EUR 6,750,000 and EUR 600,000 respectively. The award is based solely on the lowest price. Up to four contractors may be selected for lot 1, up to five for lot 2 and one contractor for lot 3. The tender deadline is 20 October 2026 at 10:00. Bids must be submitted digitally and in Dutch. Lots 1 and 2 include a EUR 10,000 Social Return amount and require at least one new employee from the regional labour market per lot. Lot 3 includes EUR 5,000 per contract year for Social Return, excluding VAT.
