Design and construction of two 10/20 kV medium-voltage intake substations in Westerhoven and Helmond

Summary

The tender covers the design, supply, installation and commissioning of two accessible 10/20 kV medium-voltage intake substations in Westerhoven and Helmond. The stations will support future electric-bus charging sites and must be coordinated with the client, Enexis and the responsible installation manager. The contractor is responsible for design, surveys, permits, earthing, switching equipment, metering cables, testing, commissioning and handover documentation. Both substations must be completed by 1 July 2027. This is a single-lot open procedure. The bid must be submitted in Dutch through the electronic procurement platform by 21 October 2026 at 10:00. The price must be stated in euros excluding VAT, and the total fictitious bid price must not exceed EUR 400,000. Award is based on the best price-quality ratio: price 60%, design and engineering approach 20%, and project control and planning 20%.
