Development of Teylingen centre plans

Summary

The tender concerns the further development of the approved centre plans for Sassenheim, Voorhout and Warmond in the municipality of Teylingen. The appointed design or engineering consultancy must prepare, for each centre, a preliminary design, detailed design and RAW-based tender documents, including surveys, drawings, cost estimates, implementation planning, participation and support during the works tender. The scope includes a terrain survey, existing-situation drawings, utility and soil investigations, ecological and archaeological studies, lighting and planting plans, traffic and phasing plans, risk management and tender support. The objective is to create vital, attractive and climate-adaptive village centres. The contract is for one integrated assignment with an expected duration of approximately 1.5 years, and the work is expected to proceed largely in parallel. Price accounts for 40 points and quality for 60 points: project control 20, sustainability and MKI approach 20, and an interview with the proposed project or design lead 20. The tender must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 13:00 and remain valid for three months. After award, the contractor must allocate 2% of the total contract value excluding VAT and variations to social-return activities.
