Summary

The tender concerns the supply of IT hardware and directly related advisory, quotation, ordering, delivery and support services for Beeld en Geluid. A framework agreement will be concluded initially for two years, with the contracting authority having the option to extend it twice by one year; the maximum duration is four years and the estimated maximum value is EUR 4,250,000 excluding VAT. No minimum purchase volume or turnover is guaranteed. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 2 November 2026 at 09:00. Tenders must remain valid for three months. Price carries 40 points and the quality criteria carry a total of 60 points: service and cooperation 25, supply reliability and the digital ordering process 20, and market conformity and price assurance 15 points.
