Closed-circuit television systems (CCTV)

Summary

The tender concerns a single framework agreement for the takeover, supply, installation, management, maintenance, replacement and further development of CCTV systems at existing and future locations of the Dutch Central Bureau for Driving Skills (CBR). The current environment covers approximately 28 locations. The initial term is two years from 1 January 2027, with two possible extensions of up to 12 months each; the maximum term is four years. The estimated value is EUR 805,427 excluding VAT, with a maximum framework value of EUR 970,000 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 22 October 2026 at 12:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: implementation 20%, service provision 20%, project service provision 30% and price 30%.
