Personnel recruitment and placement services

Summary

The tender concerns external temporary staffing and recruitment, matching and placement services for ROC Nova College. It is divided into three lots: teaching staff, support and management staff, and ICT specialists. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, and up to three framework contractors may be appointed per lot. The framework agreements start on 1 January 2027, run initially until 31 December 2028 and may be extended twice by one year. The estimated total value is EUR 7,000,000. Price and quality are evaluated at 30%/70% for lots 1 and 2 and 10%/90% for lot 3.
