Dynamic purchasing system for professional fishing services for crayfish control

Summary

This dynamic purchasing system is intended to admit professional fishermen who can provide fishing capacity and expertise for catching invasive crayfish and related services in the Delfland area. Admission does not guarantee any contract: admitted businesses may later be invited to submit tenders for specific assignments. The system runs for two years until 12 October 2028, with two possible one-year extensions and possible continuation for an indefinite period thereafter. Applications must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2028 at 17:00; the initial assessment deadline is 5 October 2026 at 11:00. Specific assignments may be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio or lowest price. The application and documents must be in Dutch, signed by an authorised representative, and submitted through the procurement platform.
