Summary

The tender concerns engineering services for the Bovenduist area development in Amersfoort. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for integrated engineering advice and design work, mainly for the preparatory and buildable-land phases, with possible optional tasks for later phases. The contract covers water area planning, water assessment for the spatial plan, sewerage planning, level plans, geotechnical studies, buildable-land advice, drawings, utility corridor drawings, integration of gas and power infrastructure, buildable-land specifications, civil engineering checks, cost estimates, permit scanning, document management and other supporting services. The procedure is a restricted procedure with a shortlist of up to 5 candidates. The bidder must submit the ESPD/UEA, an offer letter, core competence references and, if shortlisted, later verification documents. The bidder must also meet financial, insurance, registration, experience and quality management requirements, and must submit the price sheet and quality response in the award stage.
