Green maintenance 2027–2031 (DIG-18722)

Summary

The tender concerns green maintenance services for Rijnland’s sites, installations and other properties across five Dutch regions. The contract is divided into four lots: wastewater treatment and transport pumping stations, polder pumping stations/weirs/inlets and other properties, tree maintenance, and coastal maintenance. It is a restricted procedure with a two-stage shortlist of five candidates, electronic submission in Dutch, and the lowest price is the only award criterion. The framework agreement runs for 48 months with two possible one-year extensions, and the maximum number of contractors is four.
