The tender concerns identity management advisory and services for designing, setting up and improving processes, technologies and policies that ensure the right people get access to the right IT systems, applications and data at the right time and with the right permissions. The procedure is restricted and the estimated contract value is EUR 10,800,000. The bidder must comply with the insurance requirement and the exclusion grounds listed in the notice; the notice also indicates that the insurance certificate is not required at this stage but will be requested later in the mini-competition.
