Temporary traffic management measures

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for temporary traffic management measures in the public space in Tilburg. The contractor must provide planning, installation, maintenance, removal and occasional design work for temporary and permanent traffic measures, as well as traffic controllers when needed. The contract runs for 2 years with one optional 2-year extension. The award is based on best price-quality ratio, with quality at 60% and price at 40%. Bidders must submit the UEA, a recent trade register extract, the bid form, the pricing schedule, a searchable file of the pricing schedule, the quality submissions for the award criteria, the declaration of no Russian involvement, and the reference sheet. The bidder must also meet exclusion grounds, professional registration, financial capacity, insurance, quality certification, BRL 9101, VCA certification, and a reference project requirement.
